The ingredients needed to cook Pancake:
- Get 1 bowl all-purpose flour
- You need 2 tbsp semolina
- Provide 2 tbsp Desiccated coconut
- Prepare 1 tsp fennel seeds
- Take 1/4 tsp coarsely grinded Green cardamoms
- Provide 1 tbspn sesame seeds
- Get 1/4 tsp baking powder
- You need 3 tbsp sugar
- You need 1 tbsp pure ghee
- Use 1&1/4 bowl Milk
Instructions to make Pancake:
- Add all-purpose flour, semolina and desiccated coconut in a bowl. Mix cardamom powder, fennel seeds and sugar. Pour milk slowly while stirring to avoid the formation of lumps.
- Whisk it with a whisker for 5 minutes till it becomes fluffy. Now add sesame seeds and baking powder and mix well.
- Heat a non-stick griddle. Add ghee over it. Spread a ladle full of batter and cook for 1 minute
- Flip the side and fry from other side also. Flip again and cook from this side again 30 seconds. Remove it in a plate.
- Serve hot. It can be stored for 2-3 days.
