- Take 1 cup besan/gram flour
- Get 1 tsp salt
- Prepare 1 pinch hing/asafoetida
- Take 1 tsp lemon juice
- Prepare as needed water
- Take Aloo masala

- Prepare 8-10 Curry leaves
- Get 3 boiled mashed potatoes

- Use 2 pinch Haldi(Turmeric) powder

- Get 1 tsp garlic red chilli paste
- Take Garlic red chilli paste
- Get 10-15 garlic
- Prepare 1 tbsp red chili powder

- Provide 3 pav
- Use 4 tsp Mithi (sweet Tamarind)chutney
- Take 4 tsp Coriander mint chutney
Steps to make Vada pav:
- Mix besan, salt, lemon juice,hing all together with the help of water. And keep aside.
- Meanwhile, take a pan, pour oil in it. Then add neem leaves, mashed potatoes and all other masala's in it. Allow it to cool.
- Now make vada pav balls with aloo masala.
- Heat some oil for deep frying. Now dip potato ball into besan paste and pour into hot oil. And fry it till it become goldenish brown.
- Take pav, cut it from middle.
- Apply garlic red chilli paste, Mithi chutney and green chutney on pav. Put aloo kofta in between of it.
- Serve it with fried green chilli and green chutney.
