Steps to make Vada pav:
  1. Mix besan, salt, lemon juice,hing all together with the help of water. And keep aside.
  2. Meanwhile, take a pan, pour oil in it. Then add neem leaves, mashed potatoes and all other masala's in it. Allow it to cool.
  3. Now make vada pav balls with aloo masala.
  4. Heat some oil for deep frying. Now dip potato ball into besan paste and pour into hot oil. And fry it till it become goldenish brown.
  5. Take pav, cut it from middle.
  6. Apply garlic red chilli paste, Mithi chutney and green chutney on pav. Put aloo kofta in between of it.
  7. Serve it with fried green chilli and green chutney.
