- Get 1 cup Vermicelli (Durum wheat vermicelli)
- Get 1/2 cup Semolina (sooji)
- Use 3/4 cup honey
- Provide 2 bananas (1 mashed and 1 cut in roundels)
- Prepare 1/4 tbsp Vanilla Essence (optional)
- Prepare 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- You need 1/2 cup curd
- Use 1.1/2 cup milk(should be at room temperature)
- Prepare 2 tbsp clarified butter (ghee)

- Boil 2 cups water add few drops of clarified butter and add the Vermicelli and cook for 2 mins. Now strain vermicelli and allow it to cool.
- Once the Vermicelli is cooled..add curd, milk, honey, Semolina, Vanilla essence, mashed banana and clarified butter..Mix well and allow the mixture to rest for 30 to 45 mins. Then add cardamom powder and mix well.
- Heat the pan and put a laddle full of batter and shallow fry pancakes with minimum use of clarified butter from both sides untill it's golden brown.
