- Use 500 gms boneless chicken
- Prepare 2 onions chopped
- Take 3-4 garlic cloves chopped
- Prepare 1" ginger chopped

- Heat oil in a non-stick pan and saute the remaining chopped onion till light brown. Now add the marinated chicken and cook, covered on a low flame till dry.
