  1. Take 1 cup samwa millet (sama)
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup buckwheat (kuttu)

  3. Combine samwa paste, buckwheat paste, coconut, jaggery, banana, rock salt and cardamom powder in a bowl and mix well
  4. Heat a non stick tava, pour a ladleful of the batter and spread it in a circular motion to make a 3" diameter thin pancake
  5. Cook on both side till golden brown from both sides - Repeat to make more pancakes.
  6. Serve hot with sweetened curds
