- Take 1/4 cup Chickpea
- Take 2 medium sized Bananas
- Take Pinch Baking Powder
- Provide Water as required
- Prepare 2 tbsp Corn Flour
- Use Pinch Cinnamon Powder
- Provide Pinch Green Cardamom Powder

- Wash and soak chickpea in water for 4 to 5 hours. Pressure cook soaked chickpea for 4 whistles.
- In a mixer grinder jar take boiled chickpea without water. Keep water aside to use later. Add roughly chopped bananas and blend to a smooth paste. Add little water (you can take the same water which is used for boiling chickpea) if required to make smooth paste.
- Remove paste in a mixing bowl. Add cinnamon powder, cardamom powder, baking powder and corn flour. Mix well. Add required water to make smooth thick flowing consistency batter. Make sure no lumps are there.
