- Use 7-8 boiled potatoes
- Get 1 green chilli
- Use 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Prepare 1 tsp vinegar
- Prepare 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

- Boiled the potatoes,after boiled peel the potatoes.cut into 2 parts.
- Add metthi daana,dry red chilli, mustard seeds and fennel seeds in a pan and dry roast.
- Now grind roasted masala as a fine powder.
- Heat mustard oil in a pan add onion seeds and cumin,when crackle seeds add turmeric,red chilli powder,salt and potatoes mix well.
- Now add achari masala in potatoes and mix well.
- Cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes.and add vinegar mix well.
