The ingredients needed to prepare Besan Curry:
  1. Provide 1 bowl Besan
  2. Prepare 2 onions
  3. Get 2 tomatoes
  4. Get 1 green chilli
  5. Get As needed garlic cloves

  1. Add chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillies, ginger and garlic to a grinder
  2. Make a smooth paste
  3. Take a pan, heat some oil in it. Then add the paste to it.
  4. Now add salt, red chilli powder and coriander powder to it.
  5. Cook the paste for some time.
  6. To make the curry, add water to the pan.
  7. Let it cook for sometime. Keep it aside.
  8. Take a bowl full of besan, add water and spices to it. Mix the batter
  9. Take a tawa and make a besan childa from the batter.
  10. Fold the childa on the tawa. Take it on a plate. Cut some pieces out of it.
