- Prepare 4-5 Potatoes
- You need 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Provide 1 tsp mustard seeds
- You need pinch hing
- Provide pinch turmeric
- Use 2 tsp CIBA kasmiri chilli powder
- Take 3 tsp CIBA Achari masala powder
- Provide coriander leaves to garnish

- Clean potatoes and peel.Make 5-6 pieces of each potatoes.It should be big pieces.
- Heat oil in sauce pan.Add mustard seeds,jeera and allow it to splutter.Then add hing and fry little.
- Add potato pieces and mix well.Do not cover the potatoes. Fry on medium flame.Continuously stir them.
- Once the potatoes are cooked,check it by piercing it with fork, then add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric and achari masala powder,mix well.
