The ingredients needed to prepare Jhatpat Oats Dosa:
- Get 1.5 cups Oats Flour / Atta
- Prepare 3 tbsp Semolina / Suji
- You need 1/4 Cup Curd
- Take 1 pinch Rock Salt
- Prepare 3 /4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- Prepare 3 /4 tsp Gunpowder / Podi
- Use to taste Regular Salt
- Get Water as required
- Get Oil / Ghee as required
Instructions to make Jhatpat Oats Dosa:
- Mix the Oats Flour, Suji, Salts, Curd and Water as required to make a runny batter of pouring consistency. Allow it rest for 5 mins.
- Heat a nonstick pan or Dosa tava. Grease it lightly with oil.
- Pour a ladleful of the ready batter, spread into a circle. Cook on medium-high heat
- After 30-40 seconds, sprinkle some gunpowder, chilli powder & extra salt on top. This is optional.
- Flip and turn after 1-2 mins. Cook from both sides until golden brown and crisp.
