- Take 1 cup Urad dal
- Use 1 cup Poha

- Soak urad dal with fenu greek seeds in water atleast for 4 hours. Drain the water, using fresh water grinde to paste along with poha. Mix the urad dal paste with semolina and allow it to ferment for six hours.
- Add salt to dosa batter. Heat the dosa pan, grease oil, put mini round dosas with spreading batter on tawa. Put tomato slices and curry leaves on mini dosas.
- Flip and bake on both sides on sim heat. Mini dosas are ready, enjoy with chutney podi and ghee.
