  1. Provide 3 Potatoes
  2. Get 1/2 teaspoon Fennel seeds
  3. Provide 1/2 teaspoon Kalunji

  2. Now cut potatoes in a long shape (like french fries) wash it and keep a side
  3. Heat oil in a pot add cumin seeds when it's crackel add ginger garlic paste
  4. Now add potatoes saute for 5 minutes
  5. Now add all spices (red chilli, salt & turmeric) along with achari masala and mix it well
  6. Add one cup of water and Cooked on low flame till potatoes become soft
  7. When it's become soft and oil comes from side off the flame and serve
