- Use 500 gm pumpkin
- Get 1 tsp fenugreek seeds
- You need 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- Get 1/2 tsp cumin seeds

- Firstly peel off the pumpkin.
- Remove the mallow from pumpkin and cut it in small chunks.
- Now wash them with clean water.
- Turn on the flame pre heat the wok.
- Place 3 tbsp oil in the wok and allow it heat sufficiently.
- Add 1 tsp fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, cumin seeds.
