- Take 1 cup besan
- You need 250 gms tomato
- Provide 1 onion chopped
- Get 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- You need 4 tbsp oil
- Take 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- Use 1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds
- Get 1/2 tsp onion seeds
- Take 1/2 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions to make Achari Besan:
- In a wok add oil heat it up add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, onion seeds, sesame seeds and slightly roast.
- Add chopped onion and saute it until translucent.
- Add ginger garlic paste saute it.
- Add gram flour and roast till the gramflour (besan) starts to change colour and becomes fragrant.
- Add tomato cubes and mix well. Drizzle ½ cup water in the wok.
- Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and cook for 7 - 8 minutes, stirring often.
- Sprinkle kasoori Methi and serve hot.
