  1. Use 2 packets noodles (I have used maggi atta noodles)
  2. Use 4-5 spring onions with greens
  3. Provide 1 small carrot chopped
  4. You need 1 small capsicum chopped
  5. Take 1 tbsp chilli sauce
  6. Get 1 tbsp soya sauce
  7. Use 1 tsp black pepper powder
  8. Provide 1 tbsp chings chowmein masala

Steps to make Chowmein:
  1. Boil the noodles and stain. Keep it aside
  2. Heat oil in a pan add the spring onions white and saute for a min,then add ginger garlic paste and saute. Add the chopped capsicum and carrots and stir fry,then add soya sauce and chilli sauce mix well
  3. Then add black pepper powder mix it well add chings chowmein masala mix it well then add the strained noodles
  4. Mix it well. Garnish with spring onion greens.
