The ingredients needed to prepare Achari chicken:
- Take Boneless Chicken legs cut into small pieces - 250 gm
- Get Marination mixture: tandoori masala paste 2tbsp, yogurt 3tbsp
- You need Chopped onion - 1 large
- Prepare 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- Get Chopped tomatoes - 2 medium sized
- Prepare 2 Green chillies

Steps to make Achari chicken:
- Marinate the chicken with tandoori paste and yoghurt and keep it aside for 2 to 3 hours.
- Take a deep dish, add oil, ginger garlic paste and chopped onions. Cook till the onions become brown.
- Add chopped tomatoes and green chillies and keep it on medium flame until the mixture seperates from oil. Add all the spices and salt.
- Preheat oven on broil mode and 450F temp. Keep the marinated chicken in the oven for about 15 min until it's well broiled.
- Add the roasted chicken to the masala mixture and let it cook for some time. Add water as required.
