- Take 10 parwal
- Use 1 cup onion paste
- You need 1/2 cup tomato paste
- Provide 2 tea spoon ginger garlic paste

- Take 2 onion chopped
- Prepare 1 large tomato chopped 3 green chilli chopped

- Provide 2 tea spoon garam masala powder
- Get 1 tea spoon grated ginger

- Provide to taste Salt

Instructions to make Stuffed parwal (potoler Dorma):
- Clean the parwal and slightly peel off the skin. Take out the inner portion of the parwal by the help of a spoon's hand. Make a paste of that inner portion.
- For stuffing– heat oil in a pan add chopped ginger garlic and green chilli saute for few seconds now add chopped onion cook till onion change it's colour.
- Add chopped tomato salt cook well. After 5 mins add grated paneer, kishmish and paste of that inner portion mix well stir constantly.
- After 10 mins add garam masala powder mix well. Put it aside for cooling down.
- Now stuffed it in parwal and marinate with salt and turmeric for 15 mins.
- Heat oil in another pan fry the stuffed parwal.
- For gravy— add cumin seeds in the oil. After few seconds add onion paste, tomato paste, ginger garlic paste and green chilli cook for 7-8 mins.
- Now add curd and kashewnuts paste mix well cook for 5 mins.
- Add all the masala powder,salt,sugar cook for another 5 mins now add 1 and half cup of water.
- When the water started to boil add fried stuffed parwal cook for 5 mins add garam masala powder and chopped coriander leaves. Put the gas off.
- Serve it with roti,nun,puri.
