The ingredients needed to make Veg cutlet:
- You need 2 large boiled mashed potato
- Provide 1 grated carrot
- Get 1 bowl grinded boiled corn and peas mix paste
- Provide 1 small finely chopped capsicum

- In a bowl add mashed potatoes, 1/2 cup semolina, grated carrot, finely chopped onion and capsicum and grinded boiled peas and corn paste, salt as per taste, red chilli powder as per taste, pinch of maggi masala, some seasoning. Mix well the mixture.
