- Use 2 packets Nestle Maggi
- Provide 2 Tomato roughly chopped

- Take oil in kadai
- Add onions and fry well,make it pink
- Add capsicum to it,shallow fry it
- Add tomatoes to it, shallow fry it
- Add green chillies to it
- Add chopped coriander leaves
- Add all dry spices (red chilli powder,garam masala powder, along with salt)
- Add Maggi masala pouch
- Add water and mix well
- Take Dr.Oetker funfoods mayonnaise
- Add 1tablespoon of mayonnaise in a small katori with 1tablespoon of milk,beat well and mix in it
- Mix all well,add maggi to it
- Keep stirring,add little water at this time
- Keep on sim flame,till a creamy texture is seen
- Add a cheese cube to it (kaddukasd),mix well
- Cheesy Maggi is ready,serve hot garnished with grated cheese on top
