- Provide 2 spoon Ginger garlic paste

- First Take a bowl add brinjal and all mixing ingredients properly.Leave it for 15 min.
- Heat a wok in oil and frying Brinjals till golden brown.
- Heat a pan add oil and feenal,kalonji, fengurek, mustard,cumin seeds and Asafoetida and spluter it.
- Then add onion, Ginger paste, and green chilli paste saute it.Add all spices and cook 2 min
