- You need 200 gms Parwal -
- Use 3 Potato sliced
- You need 1 Thinly sliced onion
- Use 1 Tomato for tomatopaste

- Provide 1/2 tsp Amchur powder
- Provide 1/4 tsp Hing

- Use 1 tsp Coriander powder
- Use 2 Whole red chilli

Instructions to make Achari aloo parwal:
- Dry roast the cumin seeds,fennel seeds,mustard seeds,onion seeds,fenugreek seeds,coriander powder,hing and whole red chilli.
- Once cooled,to make a powder.
- Wash and cut the potato and parwal
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker,add 1/2 tsp onion seeds and onion and fry until dark brown.
- Add potato and parwal and saute for 4 - 5 mins.
- Add turmeric powder,amchur powder and tomato and mix well.
- Add dry roasted powder and 2 tbsp water and mix well.
- Cover the lid in a high flame.
- After two whistle turn off the flame.
- Once cooled,add salt and saute for 4 - 5 mins in simmer.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
