- Prepare 20-25 baby potatoes or 5 medium size potatoes
- Provide 1 onion small size
- Use 1 tsp garlic ginger paste

- Take 1/4 tsp fenugreek/methi
- Take 1/2 tsp nigella seeds/kalonji

- Boil pototoes and remove the skin, and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, add asafoetida and cumin seeds and once it splutter add all the seeds til, saunf,mustard seeds, Nigella seeds and fenugreek seeds and sauté for 20 seconds.
- Add onion and once it becomes translucent add ginger garlic paste and fry for one minute.
- Add boiled potatoes and stir fry until it is completely coated on a medium flame till pototoes look crispy with a golden texture.
- Now add red chilli powder, dry mango powder and salt and stir nicely till it completely blends for 30 seconds.
