The ingredients needed to cook Papad ki kadhi:
  1. Use 2 Papads
  2. Provide 1 &1/2 cup Curd
  3. Use 1/2 cup besan
  4. Provide to taste Salt
  5. Prepare As required Red chilli powder
  6. Use 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  7. Provide 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  8. Take Handful Coriander leaves
  9. Prepare As required Oil
Steps to make Papad ki kadhi:
  1. Collect all ingredients and cut it in square pieces of papad.Take a curd in bowl, add all masalas and besan.
  2. Take a pan,add oil and cumin seeds to made tadka.add papad for roasting in oil like shown in the pic when tadka is ready. In the curd bowl mix all the ingredients finely.
  3. Add this curd paste in the pan with papad. Mix it well, if needed add 1/2cup water. Saute up to thick consistency cooked. After 15 minutes it's ready. Turn off the flame of flame. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
