The ingredients needed to cook Achari Bhindi:
- Provide 1/4 kg Bhindi
- Provide 2 tbsp oil
- Take 1 medium size chopped onion
- Prepare 1 medium size chopped Tomato
- Use 1 tsp kalonji
- Prepare 4-5 crushed garlic cloves
- You need 3 tbsp curry leaves
- Use 1/2 tsp Amchur powder
- Get 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
- You need 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- Use 1 tsp salt
- Get 1 tsp Red Chilli powder
- Take 1/2 cup curd
Instructions to make Achari Bhindi:
- Wash and cut the bhindi. Heat half oil in pan add bhindi in it. Stir continuesly till bhindi get soft.
- In other pan add remaining oil. Then add onion saute till get soft, add kalonji, crushed garlic cloves, curry leaves saute it for 2 min.
- Then add chopped tomatoes all powdered spices and salt mix well saute for 2 min then add curd mix well. Add bhindi mix well. Close lid cook for 2 to 3 min. Switch off the gas flame.
