  3. Then keep the other ingredients ready.
  4. Add the chopped onions, ginger, green chillies and curry leaves, salt.If you wish add the rice flour and mix everything well.
  5. Keep oil in a kadhai for heating. Then make small balls and flatten them carefully and make thin vadas. It should not be very thick or else they won't cook properly from inside. Then deep fry them on medium to high flame till nicely brown and crisp from both sides.
