- Use 4 potato boiled and mashed

- Soak chanadal for 2 hours, drain and pressure cook along with 1/4 cup water and salt for 4 whistle do not over cook it
- Strain the water and let it cool
- For filling mix red chilli, mango powder, garam masala and salt in chanadal
- In mashed potato add cornflour, green chilli, lemon juice and salt and mix it nicely
- Take a lemon size ball of potato and flatten it put one spoon of filling in between and wrap it from all side to seal it make all patty like this
- Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry it till golden brown from both sides
- Take it out in a serving plate and press it slightly put green chutney, tamarind chutney on it
- Put curd, red chilli powder, onion, sev, and chaat masala and serve
