- You need Prepare Kadhi:
- Provide 2/3 cup Baisan (Gram flour)
- Use 1 cup Yogurt
- Use 3-4 cups water

- Prepare Tadka:
- You need 1/4 Cup Oil
- Prepare 3 cloves Lehsan (Garlic)
- Take 6-7 Sabut lal mirch (Whole red chilies)
- You need 1 tsp Zeera (Cumin seeds)
- You need 8-10 Curry pata (Curry leaves)
Instructions to make Kadhi Pakora:
- Prepare Kadhi: - In a bowl add Baisan, yogurt salt, turmeric powdered, red chilli powder and mix it well
- In pot,add oil,curry leaves,cumin seeds,ginger garlic paste and mix well.
- Add gram flour yogurt mixture and mix well. - Add water,mix well and bring it to boil,cover and cook on low medium flame (approx. 1 & ½ hours) and keep stirring in between.
- Prepare Pakoray: - In a bowl, add gram flour,salt, baking soda, coriander seeds,red chilli powder, green chilies, onion,fresh coriander and mix well. - Gradually add water and mix well to form a smooth batter. - In wok,heat oil and fry pakoray until crispy and golden.
- Now add fried pakoray in kadhi,stir gently and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- For Tadka: - In a frying pan, add oil, garlic, whole red chilies, and mix, add cumin seeds, curry leaves and fry it.
- Now add tadka on kadhi
