The ingredients needed to make Instant achari chilli:
  1. You need 9-10 chopped green chillies
  2. Use 2 tbsp oil
  3. Prepare 2 tsp lemon juice
  4. Use 1 tbsp besan
  5. You need 1 tsp jeera
  6. Prepare 1 tsp rai
  7. Prepare 1 tsp saunf
  8. You need 1 tsp turmeric powder

Steps to make Instant achari chilli:
  1. Chop green chillies either round or slit from between or cut vertically from between as per your choice.
  2. Crush saunf, jeera and rai coarsely. Take a pan keep it on medium flame. Put 1 tbsp oil in it.
  3. Put crushed rai, jeera and saunf in oil. Add besan in it and put turmeric powder and salt in besan. Roast all the ingredients until the besan starts it's roasted aroma. Switch off the flame and separate the besan masala in a bowl.
  4. Heat the pan again and add remaining oil. Put chopped chillies in it and add besan masala on top of the chillies. Cook it well until the chillies turn light brown in colour.
  5. Put lemon juice on top of chillies and mix it well. Switch off the flame. Now achari chilli is ready to serve.
