  1. Get 400 g Mutton mince
  2. You need 2 medium sized potatoes
  3. Use 3 medium sized onion
  4. You need 2 tsp ginger paste
  5. You need 11/2 tsp garlic paste
  6. Get 4 green chilli paste
  7. Use 1 tsp turmeric powder
  8. Provide 1 tsp cumin powder

  1. Marinate mutton mince with ginger garlic paste, chopped onion, 1 tsp oil, green chilli paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, lal mirch powder and salt. Keep aside for atleast 1 hr.
  2. Cut potatoes small square pieces and fry them with 1 tsp oil, salt and turmeric powder.
  3. Now in a kadai add oil and add sugar and camaralized sugar. Then add tempering bay leaf, red chillies and wait for fragrant. Then add marinated mutton keema and cook low heat for 20-25 mins. Add hot water in between intervals for avoid burning. Add garam masala before switch off flame and closed the lid.
