- You need 1/2 kg mutton pieces

- Pressure cook the mutton pieces with ginger-garlic paste, pepper and a pinch of turmeric powder and once cooked, mince it. Boil the potatoes and mash it. In a kadai, saute onions, green chillies, ginger-garlic paste and coriander leaves and saute well. To this add coriander powder, chilli powder, pepper powder and garam masala and mix well.
