- You need 500 gms mutton kheema
- Provide 4 tsp cornflour
- You need 4 medium size chopped onions

- Use 3 slit green chillies
- Take 1/2 tsp cummin seeds

- Take 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

- Provide 2 cups water

- Boil kheema in pressure cooker. As it cools down strain the water completely.
- Now in a bowl add kheema and all the above ingredients mix it properly and make kofta balls of medium size. Keep in fridge for 15 minutes.
- Later heat oil in kadai and fry those koftas and keep aside.
