  1. Wash the basmati rice and soak for 1/2 an-hour. In a vessel, add 3 cups, salt, 1 tbsp ghee and bring to boil. Add the spices as mentioned and keep on boiling. Add the basmati rice and cook to 80% and the rice will be little fluffy.
