  1. You need 1/2 kg bhindi
  2. You need 2 onion medium size (sliced)

  2. Cut onion in slices
  3. Take 1/4 cup oil in fry pan and add bhindi and fry on low medium flame for about 10 minutes.
  4. Now in pot heat remaining 1/4cup oil then add onion slices till light golden color.
  5. Now add g.g paste and tomato puree,cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  6. Now add spices in it and fry well till oil comes in surface.
  7. Add lady fingers with 1 cup of water,
  8. Cover and cook till lady fingers get tender.
  9. Serve with chapati or boiled rice
