  2. Provide 1 Onion (medium size)

  1. Wash & keep mutton aside then chop onion & tomato in a pressure cooker add in all the ingredients as in spices few curry leaves add some water then cover the lid for 3-4 whistles
  2. Once the mutton is tender let’s keep it on medium burner for 5 minutes till the water will be almost absorbed gradually will add the desiccated coconut powder
  3. Now in other frying pan add oil & curry leaves, bay leave & cumin seeds sauté it for two minutes then add in the mutton with little gravy kind left it will stick to mutton while frying
  4. Now fry the mutton till it’s dry fried well the ghee separates then dash lime juice, coriander leaves & enjoy the hot fried mutton with rice or chapati either..!!
