- Take a pressure cooker add oil whole spices, chopped onions fry till golden brown add ginger garlic paste cook for few seconds.
- Then add mutton piece, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, mix well cook for 3-4 min on medium flame.
- Then add lemon juice, curd, tomato, coriander, mint, mix it well add 1/2cup water pressure cook for 2 whistle or till mutton half cook.
- Separate mutton piece and measure remaining grave.
- In the same pressure cooker add mutton pieces,soak rice, add measure grave.
- If the grave is one cup you can add remaining 4 cups of water and pressure cook for 3 whistles on medium flame.
- Note: Remove complete water from rice before you add it.
- Note: You have to measure rice, grave and water with the same cup.
- Your one pot byrani is ready.
