- Take a wok add 1 cup of oil and add onions now fry them then add in sabut masalay and ginger garlic paste…nw fry until it gets golden brown…then add in boiled mutton…fry it for a minute then add all spices and tomatoes…let it cook for abt 15 mins…then add in plums and yoghurt and mix it well…then boil the rice….in boiling water add sabut masalay….and salt…
- Nw add rice in boiling water nw strain them nw start layering…at the end add 1/2 glass of water…add orange colour…tomatoes…lemons..mint leaves…and put it on low flame for 20 mins…
