- You need 1 kg carrot
- You need 3/4 cup desi ghee
- Take 3/4 cup sugar
- Get 1 liter milk
- Prepare 1/2 cup chopped dry fruits (cashew nuts, raisins)
- Use 3-4 tsp chopped pistachios and almonds
- You need 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

- Grate the carrots with the help of grater and keep them aside.
