- Take 1 kg Mutton
- Prepare 1 oinon chopped
- Get 1 tbsp Ginger paste
- Provide 1 tbsp Garlic paste
- Take 3 tomatoes paste
- Use 1 tsp red chilli powder
- You need 2 tbsp Achar Masala
- You need 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

Instructions to make Achari Ghost (Mutton):
- Clean and wash the mutton pieces.
- In a mixing bowl add mutton, yoghurt,Achar Masala and mix well.
- Heat oil in heavy skillet (I used mitti ki handi) add oinon and fry till translucent.
- Add ginger garlic paste and saute for 1 minute.
- Add tomatoes paste and red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt and mix well combined.
- Add marinated mutton and mix it well.
- Add water as required and cover the handi and cook till mutton is tender.
- Achar Masala and lemon juice and mix well.
- Cut the chilli and fill the prepaid masala.
- To the Cooked mutton,add green chilli and little warm water to get your desired consistency.
- Add garam masala and dum for 1 minute.
- Serve hot with roti or naan.
