- First of all take a pateela add water mutton all veggies onion tomatoes chilli salt black pepper…now take a muslin cloth add all garam masala and tie it and dip it in water no keep on low medium flame for meat tenderize and also make mutton stock

- Then add rice and cook on medium flame after that flame remain low and keep on dum after sprinkle yellow food clr for 5m then remove lid from it
