- Take 1 kg milk

- Wash and Peel Carrots (gajar),then grate in chopper keep aside.In a big Pan ya Sepri,put Oil/Ghee, when heating put grated Carrots,put Sugar, stir for few minutes, then put Milk and khuskhus and cover the Sepri til, Halwa becomes pinkish,than put elachi powder and dryfruits except kishmish(raisins)
