- Provide 1 kg mutton
- Prepare 4 medium size onions
- Get 3 medium size tomato
- Use 7 pieces garlic
- Get 2 tbsp ginger paste
- Get 1 tbsp red chilli powder

- Take Half tsp turmeric
- Get 1 tsp black pepper

- Take a pressure cooker add 1 kg mutton
- Now add roughly chopped 4 onions 3 tomatoes 7 pieces garlic
- Now add 1 tbsp red chilli powder 1 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper half tsp garam masala half tsp turmeric
- Add 2 cups of water and lid cover note 20 minutes pressure
- After 20 minutes add ginger paste 2 tbsp
- And mix it well cook at least 2 to 3 minutes
- Take a pan add 1/3 cup oil now add 2 green cardamom 1 tsp zeera
- Fry 1 to 2 minutes and add this oil in to mutton masala
- Mix it well and cook for 2 minutes
- Now add 5 tbsp yoghurt and mix it well cook only 3 minutes after this you will dish out
- Now mutton gravy is ready garnish with ginger and green chilli
