- Blend all the ingredients of imli meethi chutney together than cook it for 5 mins and keep it in an air tight jar. You can refrigerate it upto 6 months.
- Blend all the ingredients of green chutney and store it into the air tight jar nrefrigerate it.
- Blend all the ingredients of imli teekhi chutney and cook it for few mins.. let it cool and keep it in air tight container and refrigerate it.
- Beat yogurt with sugar and salt and keep it aside.
- Now for Kachori Mix all the ingredients and Knead it with lukewarm water. & form a soft dough. Now cover it and give it rest for 10 to 15 mins.
- After 15 mins make balls and roll them like roti.. just don't make it too thin and make sure that it is evenly rolled.
- Now deep fry it. Till nice golden color from both sides. - - You can make 4 kachories from this quantity.
- Now filling & Assembling : Mix all spices in chickpeas along with imli pulp and salt.
- Now make a big hole in kachori.. put chickpeas in it.
- Now boiled potatoes and soaked pakoray. - - Now meethi chutney. - - Now onion, tomato & green chillies. - - Now green chutney than meetha dahi. - - Than teekhi chutney than sev and cilantro.
- In last sprinkle some chaat masala & red chilli flakes on top. - - Enjoy.
