- Provide 500 gms mutton mince
- Take 1/2 tsp salt
- Take 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- Prepare 1 tsp red chilli powder

- Get 2 cups basmati rice soaked in water for 30 minutes

- Take 1/2 cup sliced onions

- Prepare 1 cube maggi chicken stock

- Mix all the ingredients for the seekh and grind to a smooth pulp in the mixer. Shape into seekha and shallow fry. Set aside. Also fry the potatoes and set aside.
- Heat oil in a vessel. Add the whole garam masala and the sliced onions. Saute till onions get golden brown. Now add the ginger garlic paste, curd, pulao masala and garam masala and fry for a few minutes. Add the green peas and saute for 5 minutes. Add the chicken cube, salt and the soaked rice. Fry the rice till it seems to soak in all the liquid.
- Add the water to the rice. Cook on high flame till it comes to a boil. Now reduce the flame to medium and cook till the water almost dries up. Add the seekh and fried potatoes and mix well. Cover and cook on simmer for 10 to 12 minutes or till the rice is done. Enjoy!
