- In a handi,add ghee,bay leaf,cloves,cinnamon and green Cardamom sauté for a min
- Add onions,ginger garlic paste,chilli paste, capsicum sauté for a min
- Then add tomato purée and add all the spices mix well sauté for 3-4 mins
- Then add sweet corn,baby corn and imli pulp and fry 3-4 mins
- Add the cooked rice on the top of the corn mixture..then spread the rice evenly and top it with fried baby corn,coriander leaves
- Cook it with closed lid on low flame for about 10 mins
- Serve it hot with sweet and spicy raw mango chutney
