  1. Get 2 cups dosa batter
  2. Take 4 tsp oil
  3. You need 2 onions, finely chopped
  4. Take 1 capsicum finely chopped
  5. Take 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
  6. Prepare 1/2 cup boiled vegetables-peas, potato, cauliflower
  7. Use 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  8. Use 6 tbsp coconut chutney
  9. Use 1/4 cup chilli sauce
  10. Get 3 tbsp pavbhaji masala powder
  11. Provide to taste Salt
  12. Prepare 4 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
Steps to make Pav Bhaji Dosa:
  1. Firstly heat the dosa tawa and pour a tsp of oil. Wipe off with kitchen towel or using onion head.
  2. Make a dosa batter as per method.
  3. Boiled potatoes, peas and cauliflower. And mash with masher.
  4. Collect other ingredients for topping.
  5. Now pour a ladle full of dosa batter and spread gently. Keeping the flame on low.
  6. Add in 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped capsicum and 2 tbsp chopped tomato.
  7. Also add 2 tbsp boiled vegetables, 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 1 tbsp coconut chutney and 2 tbsp chilli sauce.
  8. Also add in 1/2 tsp pav bhaji masala and salt to taste. And add 1 tsp butter and mix well.
  9. Further mash slightly without breaking the dosa.
  10. Spread the stuffing covering the entire dosa. Simmer for a minute allowing dosa to roast completely.
  11. Now sprinkle few chopped onion and coriander leaves. Scrap the dosa from sides and fold half.
  12. Finely serve dosa with coconut chutney, sambhar and tomato chutney.
