- Take a big bowl. Put mashed potato,grated beetroot,green chilli, crushed peanuts, salt,chaat masala,garam masala,amchoor powder, red chilli powder and chopped coriander.
- Mix everything well.
- Divide the dough into 8 small sized balls. Shape them according to your Choice.
- Take cornflour in a small bowl and with the help of water make slurry. This slurry shouldn't be thick.
- Dip cutlets in this cornflour mix and then coat with oats. Repeat the same process for all the cutlets.
