- Provide 500 g Minced Beef
- Prepare 2 tbls Hot Chilli oil
- Take 1 large garlic clove crushed
- Get 2 Shallots chopped
- Use 2 Chillies red and Green chopped
- Get 2 tins Crushed Tomatoes
- Prepare 1 Dried Beef stock mixed in 4 tbls boiling water
- Take 1 full Can kidney beans rinsed in cold water
- Take 1 tbls Sour Cream
- Take And some diced Chives

- Fry Diced Onion in chilli oil and then add the garlic and diced chillies also 1/2 Tsp Dried chilli powder.
- Next salt and pepper and then the beef mince st tsp chilli powder stir it around. Add the dried beef stock and the tinned crushed tomatoes. Also add 1/2 Cup boiling water stir to mix
- Add the red kidneys after they have been rinsed stir in add all this to a casserole dish or heavy pan with a lid. To preheated oven 170 for 30 minutes.
