- Provide 1 kg mutton
- Provide 4-5 whole sun dried red chillies

- First of all heat ghee or oil in a heavy bottom pan or pressure cooker the crackle dried red chillies, peppercorns, black cardamom, cumin, asafoetida and add mutton.
