- Provide Tomatoes 300gms purée
- Take Green chillies 3 slit lengthwise
- Provide 1 1/2 tsp Ginger paste
- Provide 1 1/2 tsp Garlic paste

- You need Cloves 6
- Use Cinnamon stick 3” piece
- Provide Bay leaf 2
- Provide 2 1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
- Use 4 tbsp Yoghurt
- Use 125 ml Oil
- Prepare Mint leaves 1 handful
- Provide Coriander leaves 1 cup lightly stuffed and chopped
- You need Water 2 cups + 2 cups
- Get to taste Salt
