  2. Use 3 medium size beetroot grated

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a kadai add sliced onions saute till translucent add ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste and fry for few mins. Then add the grated beetroot
  2. Cook till it's soft and water dries up. In a bowl put the boiled and mashed potatoes, add the cooked beetroot,then add jeera powder, chaat masala, kitchen king masala, coriander leaves, mint leaves and salt and mix it well
  3. After mixing all the ingredients well make small cutlets of it. Heat oil in a pan to shallow fry the cutlets. Coat the cutlets with wheat flour and shallow fry them till crisp on both sides.
